1. TRIVAC

Two Stage Oil Sealed Rotary Vane Pumps

• TRIVAC B

The TRIVAC B vacuum pumps with their comprehensive range of accessories have proven themselves time and again as rugged pumps in many and varied applications.

• TRIVAC B DOT

The TRIVAC B-DOT pumps operate with brake fluid (DOT 4) as the sealing and lubricating agent. Therefore these pumps are equipped with EPDM seals. EPDM is highly compatible with brake fluid.

• TRIVAC BCS

The TRIVAC BCS vacuum pumps are oil sealed vacuum pumps operating according to the rotary vane principle. The LEYBONOL LVO 400 – a synthetic lubricant – which is injected into the pump chamber is used for sealing, lubrication and cooling purposes.

• TRIVAC B ATEX

For use of equipment in potentially explosive atmospheres some requirements are necessary. These requirements for example are described in the European Directive 94/9/EG (ATEX Directive). The TRIVAC B-ATEX pumps meet the requirements of the ATEX-Directive (categorie 3 inside and 3 outside).

Oil sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps SOGEVAC are being used in all areas of vacuum engineering. They are equally suited for both industrial production and research applications. They may be used to generate a rough and medium vacuum or as backing pumps in combination with Roots vacuum pumps or high vacuum pumps.

Additionally to the well proven advantages of the SOGEVAC B series, the SOGEVAC BI offer an ultimate pressure of one decade lower compared to the B pumps and a high pumping speed at low pressure.
